Natural Nutrition is a gentle way of empowering the client to take control of their own healing through the correct nutrition and naturopathic techniques to ensure all the channels of elimination are open allowing detoxification to take place and all essential nutrients to be ingested and broken down in the body correctly for the cells to function as they should.
“Dis-ease” is not a negative process but a powerful opportunity to facilitate change. Given the correct environment the body will always do all it can to heal itself.
The initial healing of dis-ease requires the removal of internally and externally generated stress. Stress impairs freedom and consequently the individual reduces their response to natural cycles and events.
Healing with herbs and supplements in isolation becomes similar to allopathic medicine. Healing through nutrition is an art. When seeing a natural Nutrition Practitioner the client should feel:
• Empowered with knowledge of how their current health picture has developed over their lifetime and from previous generations.
• Knowledgeable enough to change their health issues, using change of diet and naturopathic techniques, which allows the body’s biochemistry to start changing, creating permanent improvements.
• Track their healing process and elimination of toxins knowing that their body is on the right journey.
There is always telephone or email backup available.

I have suffered from food intolerances for many years so decided to enrol in one of Di’s detox weekend retreats.
